Fearless (Taylor's Version) was the first re-recording that Taylor released. It was long awaited and her fans were extremely excited to see what they would be like. The original Fearless was released in 2008 and the re-recording was released in 2021. The re-recordings show maturity in Taylor's voice and the vault tracks were greatly anticipated by the world.

The original album had several popular songs including "Love Story" and "You Belong With Me." These are some of Taylor's most popular songs and arguably two songs that helped her gain traction in the industry. Fearless won Grammys and the album helped pave her way for the artist she has become. It is clear that the album was important to her and I think it says a lot that she re-recorded Fearless first. While those two are popular, there are many songs that are great on the album. There are twenty-seven total songs on the album and six are vault tracks. My favorites from the album are "The Other Side of the Door," "Forever & Always," and "Fearless." I'm going to be honest and admit that Fearless (Taylor's Version) isn't one of my favorites. It's actually pretty low on my list other than the few songs that I like. When the album first came out I was a fan of the vault track "Mr. Perfectly Fine." After a couple of months the song was overplayed and now I no longer like it. There's really only one vault song that I like and it's "That's When (Feat. Keith Urban)." I am a big Keith Urban fan and I really enjoy the song, but the rest of the vault tracks aren't for me. I think Fearless (Taylor's Version) is a good album and is iconic for what it did for Taylor, but overall I think she created much better.
